Course Description: Program Overview: This 90 minute broadcast will provide basic tips on evaluation, share models of evaluating efforts and provide some insight into how to efficiently publicize evaluation findings. Those interested in learning more about evaluating your program, demonstrating accountability to key stakeholders and using the results for program improvement, will find this broadcast useful. All panelists are experienced researchers and practitioners who can offer practical skills and tools to learn and to implement. Program Objectives: 1. Describe basic evaluation concept 2. Identify and explain models for evaluating coalition efforts 3. Outline how a local program can share evaluation findings effectively and a process for using evaluation findings to improve program effectiveness
